The Human Capital Forum will hold an Executive Briefing, in association with COA Solutions, on Wednesday 28th April. The venue is to be confirmed, but is likely to be in Docklands, east London. Attendance is free to qualifying senior executives.
‘Most value in organisations lies in the human capital hired, yet managers have not always been able to report this value externally, or decide which human capital investments are the most effective,’ said Human Capital Forum chair Philip Whiteley. ‘Recent innovations now make it possible to produce People Reports that are as accurate and informative as Finance Reports. Unlike the accounts, they are forward-looking rather than historic.
‘This breakfast meeting convened by the Human Capital Forum and COA Solutions is a valuable opportunity to learn the latest findings, discover some solutions with commercial applications, and network with other business leaders.’
The initiative follows the successful series of events and the research report “Making it Count”, held last summer and autumn in association with Logica. The three events were attended by around 60 senior executives from public and private sector employers.
